Are there any limits to the number of photos that can be taken?
Your guests may take an unlimited number of pictures during the time that you have booked the photo booth!  Typically, there are 4 shots per photo booth session so you can expect around 30-40 sessions per hour of rental.  Of course, it also depends on how much FUN your guests are having inside the photo booth!

Will there be an on site attendant?
Yes, there will always be a fully trained and friendly photo booth attendant to assist the guests, answer any questions and to ensure that they have the best photo booth experience.

What kind of printer do you use?
We use a heavy duty dye sublimation printer that produces high quality prints in a matter of seconds.  The quality of the prints rival that of the prints that you get from your favorite photo lab.  With dye-sublimation technology, the colors will not fade and will ensure that your prints will last a lifetime.
It only takes a few seconds to print!  With near instant prints, your guests will not be holding up the line and it will ensure that the line is constantly moving.

Do you only rent your photo booth in Vancouver?
Our services cover the Greater Vancouver area.  If your event is outside of this area, travel charges may apply. Please contact us for details.

Are digital copies available?
You will be provided with ALL high resolution photos from the event and they will be available on our photo gallery within 48 hours after your event.  

What is the payment structure like?
A 50% deposit is due upon signing of the agreement and the balance is due 10 days before date of your event.  

I want to rent a photo booth.  What do I need to do?
It’s simple!  Just contact us with the date of your event.  We will prepare an agreement for you to sign.  After the deposit is taken care if, we will guide you through the template design and background selection process. Once we have finalized the layout and the backdrop, you’re ready to go!  More information is available here.

How much space do you need for the booth?
The space provided for the booth should be approximately 7x7 feet with access to a normal power outlet within 10 feet. We can accommodate smaller spaces if needed, please inquire prior to booking.

Do you have any props for guests to use while taking pictures?
We have a wide assortment of props and we are always changing and adding to our growing collection.  If you have any special requests for props, just let us know and we’ll see if we can make it happen.

How many hours can we rent the photo booth for?
You may rent the photo booth with a minimum of 2 hours. We understand that you may want the photo booth during certain hours of your event.  We offer non-operational hours at a lower rate specifically for that situation.  With non-operational hours, you have the flexibility of scheduling “photo booth” hours at a lower overall rate.  To find out more information, please check out our rates page.

What events can the photo booth be used for?
The photo booth is very popular for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, grand openings, charities, graduations, etc. With custom designed templates, the photo booth can be tailored to YOUR event!  

How far in advance do I need to book?
Bookings are taken on a first-come-first-serve basis. We recommend booking early if your event falls during certain peak times (e.g. proms and graduations, summer weddings, and weekends in December for holiday parties) since these dates book up quickly. A minimum booking time of 3 hours may apply for certain dates.

What types of payment fo you accept?
We accept cash and Interac e-transfer. 

Do you have discounted rate for certain circumstances?
We review each request on a case-by-case basis and try our best to help out when we can. Please provide us with as much information about your event as possible.

How many people can fit in the booth?
Our standard set-up can fit around 6 people comfortably in the frame. If you are able to maneuver yourselves around and squish in the booth, you can fit in more!

How does the green screen work?
The green screen is a great option to use for your back drop if you'd like to incorporate your event theme in a unique way. All we need is a high resolution image and we can turn this into your back drop. Multiple images can be used if you like.

​Can I customize my photo print?
Yes, we can definitely customize your photo print to match your theme/branding. We can also provide you with a template if you prefer to design your own!
